That would depend on the style & heaviness of your flow. Most customers wear it for anywhere between 8-24 hours.
Our absorbency levels are as follows:
- Super-heavy absorbency: Up to 6 pads (for your heaviest days)
- Heavy absorbency: Up to 4 pads (for medium-heavy days)
- Medium absorbency: Up to 2 pads (for light flow)

Absolutely! Several new moms have tried it for postpartum & it works perfectly. Our period panties are super soft, and much more comfortable than maternity pads!
We recommend the Hip Hugger or Seamless Hip Hugger for postpartum.

Nope! Our signature 4-Layer padding ensures you can wear the underwear by itself without leaking. Just make sure you are wearing the right absorbency period panty based on your flow.

Yes, our underwear is known to bring a peaceful nights sleep! If your flow is heavier at night then we suggest you use our Hip Hugger as this style has absorbent padding that extends all the way back to the waist.
If your flow is lighter, you should be able to manage with any of the styles without leaking!

Yes, they can be used to manage mild incontinence, but not suitable for a full urine discharge. Our seamless hiphugger will be most effective for bladder leaks.

Yes, its great for sports because it moves with you (as opposed to a pad moving around). Our period underwear is not designed for swimming, however a few customers have tried it and said it worked. However as a brand, we can't give that gurantee.

If your underwear feels damp or a little heavy, it’s time to switch to a fresh pair. However, everyone’s flow is different—after a few cycles of using period underwear, you’ll know your rhythm.

Absolutely not. Calling period blood “dirty” is a century-old myth. Washing your underwear is straightforward and feels like a normal self-care step—something many customers have shared with us.

Depending on the humidity and climate the underwear can take anywhere from 8-12 hours to dry. This is why we recommend having at least 3 pairs to keep a smooth rotation going.

Big no to machine drying! Heat can damage the absorbent layers and make the underwear less effective. Hang dry only please! Need it faster? Use a hairdryer on a cool setting from a distance.

The fluid from the clots gets absorbed, and any tissues that remain on top can be simply wiped off with toilet paper when you use the toilet. Rest be assured, it won’t cause any wetness or discomfort!

You might feel a brief dampness after using the toilet and pulling your underwear back up—this fades in a few seconds as the fabric wicks moisture. If it starts to feel persistently damp or heavy, it’s time to change.

Absolutly, we encourage period underwear from day 1. If you/your teen are nervous, you can start wearing the teen bikini as backup as it has thin padding and almost feels like a normal underwear.
What is the difference in the two teen styles?
What is the difference in the two teen styles?
The teen hipster has more padding, and the padding extends all the way to the back, offering more back absrobency support. The teen bikini padding goes midway up the back, hence it feels more like normal underwear, being a great option for sports, or lighter days.

When you use the toilet and the underwear is exposed in front of you, then yes, you will recognise the odour. But since the menstrual panty is underneath your clothes - the smell doesn't perspire.

No—when worn and changed on time, it pulls moisture away so it doesn’t sit against the skin. We avoid harsh chemical treatments and use breathable, quick-dry fabrics for reliable comfort.

Yes. Raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in sealed packaging. You’ll need to ship it back to us, prepay the return shipping, and share the tracking details. Not applicable on Sale items / Bundle Packs / Combo Packs.
