2. Timeframe: Request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

3. Feedback Call: We’ll collect your feedback on a call to understand the issue and validate the complaint.

4. Proof of Defect: Share visual proof (leaks, lost elasticity, or structural issues) for team review. Approval is subject to our discretion.
