HOW MUCH FLUID CAN IT ABSORB?

We have 3 different absorbency levels:

Medium - absorbs up to 2 pads (12ml) of fluid
Heavy - absorbs up to 4 pads (26ml) of fluid

WILL I SMELL IF I WEAR A PERIOD UNDERWEAR?

When you use the toilet and the underwear is exposed in front of you, then yes, you will recognise the odour. But since the menstrual panty is underneath your clothes - the smell doesn't perspire.

CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN IT?

- Medium absorbency: Up to 2 pads (for light flow)

HOW MANY PERIOD UNDERWEARS DO I NEED?

We suggest buying at least 3 pairs of heavy to super heavy absorbency levels to ensure a smooth rotation throughout your cycle.

CAN I USE A PERIOD PANTY FOR POSTPARTUM BLEEDING?

Absolutely! Several new moms have tried it for postpartum & it works perfectly. Our period panties are super soft, much more comfortable than pads & built to absorb the heaviest of flows!

CAN I WEAR THESE THROUGH THE NIGHT?

Yes! If your flow is heavier at night then we suggest you use our Hip Hugger or Lace Bikini as these styles have absorbent padding that extends all the way back to the waist.
If your flow is lighter, you should be able to manage with any of the styles without leaking!

HOW LONG CAN THESE PADDED UNDERWEARS LAST?

Nushu period panties can last you 2 years.

DO I NEED A PAD WITH THE PERIOD PANTY?

CAN THEY BE USED FOR BLADDER LEAKS?

Yes, they can be used to manage mild incontinence, but not suitable for a full urine discharge.
